Vin Antico Earns Rave Review During Chef
Luna's Consultancy

San Rafael, August 3, 2006 – As a result of Chef
Luna’s culinary consultation and creative input, Vin
Antico was positively reviewed today by a regional
weekly news outlet, the Marin Independent Journal.

“Now, Paul Luna's working as a temporary consultant
as well as hands-on-chef," reports Leslie Harlib, food
writer for the weekly newspaper. "Born of Sardinian
and Spanish parents and raised in Europe, Luna has
a top-notch, if eccentric, reputation in Washington,
D.C., and Atlanta where he's written about as a
culinary star.”

San Rafael, August 9, 2006 – Vin Antico
showcased the talents of celebrity guest chef Paul
Luna at a cooking demonstration today to launch the
restaurant’s new menu and weekly Spaghettata
special, after he spent three intense weeks of
streamlining the fledging restaurant nestled in the
heart of San Rafael, Calif.

Declared one of “6 Creative Restaurant Geniuses”
by Atlanta Magazine (August 2000), Luna spent a

month at Vin Antico to help reshape the restaurant’s
culinary identity, develop a new menu, as well as
define the restaurant’s overall marketing strategy.
The Spaghettata special is only one of numerous
potential promotional events that Vin Antico is now
ready to provide to its customers.

In an informal discussion, Vin Antico’s owner Kerri
Cerundolo noted that Chef Luna converted Vin
Antico from a restaurant that lacked confidence in
providing a consistent product and service to its
customers, to one that was ready to launch an all-
you-can-eat feast every week.

“Chef Luna has really set the stage for both Vin
Antico and [new resident] Chef Roland to deliver
consistently creative dishes to our guests. I can’t wait
for people to come out and see the talent that stands
behind our restaurant,” says Cerundolo.

Vin Antico located at 881 Fourth Street, San Rafael,
Calif. will hold a weekly Spaghettata every
Wednesday evening. The restaurant is also now
open for lunch. For more information, contact Vin
Antico at (415) 454-4492.
